Lauren Ortiz is our clinic administrator at Red Oak. Often the first point of contact for families, Lauren warmly welcomes clients and supports them throughout their experience at Red Oak. With a strong background in customer service and psychometry, she brings exceptional organizational and analytical skills to her role, helping to ensure the smooth and thoughtful operation of the clinic.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Health Studies and Sociocultural Anthropology (with a focus in Medical Anthropology). Her academic training has given her a deep understanding of health and mental health across diverse populations — insight she brings to her client-centred approach every day.
