Friendship Group for Girls
This group is designed for girls in grades 4 and 5 to learn how to navigate friendships, manage social challenges, and build self-confidence in a supportive environment. Through engaging activities and guided discussions, participants will learn essential skills to build positive relationships, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts in healthy ways.
Topics covered include identifying and responding to relational aggression, managing emotions during social conflicts, conflict resolution, building healthy and positive friendships and self advocacy. The group offers a fun, interactive approach to helping young girls develop the tools they need to handle peer pressure and difficult social situations with confidence and kindness.

The fee for the group is $150/60-minute session for a non-refundable total of $900 for 6 weeks. You will be provided with an Occupational Therapy session receipt at the end of each session.If an OT or SLP is not currently following your child at Red Oak, we will require a 50-minute intake session (at the facilitator’s rate) to ensure that group is the right next step for your child.
