Aliza Green, OT Reg. (Ont.), is a registered occupational therapist specializing in executive function coaching for teens, young adults, and parents. She takes a strengths-based, client-centred approach to help individuals develop personalized habits, routines, and strategies supporting their success. Aliza focuses on making learning and daily life feel more manageable. Her goal is to help clients study more effectively and efficiently, so they can feel more confident and capable in their academic and personal lives.
Aliza works with older teens to support their transition to postsecondary education and collaborates with parents of younger students to strengthen their child’s developing executive function skills. She understands that every learner is different and takes a practical, individualized approach to help clients build the skills they need to thrive.
With over 20 years of experience in the school system, Aliza has seen firsthand how executive function challenges can impact a student’s success and well-being. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and has completed specialized training in coaching through JST Coaching & Training, academic coaching with Gretchen Wegner, and parent coaching with PTS Coaching. Aliza continues to develop herself professionally and has attended numerous continuing education courses and workshops in supporting clients with anxiety, ADHD and executive function challenges.
