Red Oak offers both in-person and remote support for teenagers struggling with important milestones of adolescents. These milestones include gaining independence from parents, forming a unique identity, developing and maintaining mature relationships, mastering higher level learning challenges, and preparing for adulthood.

Intake sessions provide a soft landing, helping you navigate your family’s needs and determine your best path forward.

Our clinical psychologists are registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. They offer both in-person and remote psychological support.
